Patient with over five years of pain in his feet. The pain was gradually worse and worse. He could hardly walk. He felt like electric chokes in the feet.

He had visited several doctors, even pain clinics. He was diagnosed as neuropathic pain. The treatment was strong pain killers, which did not help a lot.
His feet had all the plantar muscles very sore. It was a question of muscular overstrain, so called myofascial pain syndrome.
